- Very good experience in QTP and Manual Testing
- Working knowledge/experience on Web test automation using QTP.
- Experience on Quality center / Application Lifecycle Management.
- Good in test case writing, understanding the requirement and problem solving skills.
- Very good in communication.
- Flexible in timings.
- Able to host the testing status meetings with domain and business. (if required)
- Good in test plan/strategy development. (added advantage)
- Helping the junior members on testing activities.
- Should be able to drive the testing phases. (need basis)
