- Prepare Master Test Plan to monitor progress against the defined objectives and for continuous improvement of processes
- Identify of End-End Scenarios for automation and performance testing
- Create Test Scenarios, Cases, RTM
- Review of the Detailed Test Cases and Periodic review of the schedule variance, effort variance for testing phases.
- Execute System Testing, Integration testing and user acceptance testing
- Execution of functional testing, performance testing, black box testing
- Implement various test design models for manual test life cycles based upon the type of project
- Regular planning and review meetings with team members & other Stake holders
- Ensure effective Project planning, Scheduling, Estimation for Test Planning and Testing.
- Execute software quality control & testing related activities in the organization.
