Job Description:

• QA specific qualifications demonstrated by certification, professional development and work experience. 
• 5+ years in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering with at least 2 years of leadership experience managing all aspects of a QA team
• Excellent working knowledge of black box, white box and testing automation with demonstrated experience delivering high quality products
• Junit test case creation is a big plus
• UI automation tool experience such as Selenium or other tools is a big plus
• Good knowledge of databases is a must 
• Analytical and questioning skills to develop an understanding of actual process performance.
• Excellent coaching, listening and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and interface with off-site functions.
