Job Description:

• Identify industry best practices applicable to our environment and drive their implementation
• Review and optimize testing methods in place for coverage and effectiveness, identify gaps and address them
• Prototype new test methods and techniques; develop necessary test scripts, procedures and make it easier for others to use the same
• Understand the requirements for new releases and develop test plan addressing the test scope, scenarios and timelines
• Together with other members of the engineering team, drive integration of necessary tools
• Define and implement quality measurable across the range of engineering deliverable and optimize the same on a regular basis
• Develop and provide test guidelines and templates to teams
• Champion for new test techniques and optimization of existing ones
• Responsible for effectiveness and upkeep of automation and performance test suites
