Job Description:

Understand application testing requirements and test strategy
Understand product / application features / requirements and define Test Strategy, Test Plan business scenarios and get signoff from clients
Planning all aspects of project including project plan, detailed WBS, resource needs
Plan and perform knowledge transition sessions with client
Establishes smooth communication channels with customer
Create framework writing test cases and design for functional testing
Mentor and train other team members on product/application features/functionality, user stories and use cases
Identify appropriate tools to help with manual test execution
Validate defects found by team for correctness and completeness
Ensure complete customer focus in deliveries including managing requirements, reviews, obtaining acceptance plans and feedbacks
Perform defect triage and root cause analysis
Communicate project status to client, senior management and all stakeholders on daily/weekly basis.
