Ability to understand the Business Functionality and Features of the Application or Module.
Ability to write Test cases for the Application or the Given Module.
Should have the knowledge of Configuration Management Tools.
Work experience with statistical process/quality control tools.
Exposure to working in process oriented Organizations.
Exposure to Automation Tools.
Ability to lead a team and mentor junior Members.
Sound knowledge of Software Engineering and Software Development Life Cycle.
Familiar with Client-Server and Web Testing Methodologies.
