Job Description:

• Should possess MCA/Engineering Degree from reputed university
• Should have 5-7 years of experience in performance testing.
• Thorough understanding of Software Testing Principles
• Experience in Performance test design techniques
• Thorough understanding of LoadRunner tool
• Knowledge of Performance testing best practices and industry standards
• Hands on experience on:
• o HP tools: Load Runner/Performance Center, Sitescope
• o Monitoring/Analysis tools
• Must have developed performance test plans
• Should have worked on multiple protocols
• Should have good experience in analyzing the performance test results and identifying performance bottlenecks
• Must have completed minimum of 15 performance testing projects
• Completion of LoadRunner certification is desirable
• Should possess decent communication skills
• Should have lead small teams (team size 2-4)
