Job Description:

• Good functional and Performance testing experience 
• should have handled 4-5 performance projects. 
• Should have experience in lead role on the performance test projects and had worked in producing test approach, test plans, test executions and report. 
• Hands on experience on performance testing and should be able to guide team technically. 
• Good communications skills and have an exposure on Onshore /Offshore working model. 
• Good Knowledge of Load Runner performance testing tool. 
• Would be good to have a Knowledge on Linux/Unix skills for general log file / script / file manipulation. 
• Would be good if the resource has Telecom background domain exposure.
