Job Description:

• Sound knowledge on testing concepts, functional and non-functional testing, Automation process, test/defect management systems, Quality analysis/prediction methods and automation.
• Strong leadership, project management skills, time management, and problem solving skills.
• Good understanding of the software development cycle especially Agile processes.
• Large/ enterprise application testing experience
• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science or related field with the industry experience of 10-13 years. 
• Minimum of 2 years of management/ leadership experience in a software development organization required.
• Knowledge on System Management and Monitoring or similar domain is desirable
