Job Description:

• Familiar with the QA process including a good understanding of tools and practices.
• Financial knowledge, especially risk, or a keen interest in learning. 
• Good analytic and mathematical skills and attention to details.
• Use business and testing knowledge to define testing objectives and verify that requirements are testable
• Experience of automation would be beneficial.
• Participate in requirements gathering to understand client software needs
• Document and evaluate software feature test requirements
• Communicate statuses and issues to fellow team members (local, remote, and international) and provide input on issue mitigation plans on an on-going basis
• Participate in team activities designed to maintain close relationships with customers for awareness of customer needs
• Maintain testing environment
• Be able to investigate and report issues/defects in an effective and timely manner
• Understands concepts of the software development lifecycle
