• Automotive system knowledge (ECU, Sensors, Software) and technical mindset
• Experience in testing of Embedded SW
• Good Programming Skill on PERL and C-Programming
• Knowledge on ISO standard communication protocols (Example: CAN, FlexRay, KWP, UDS...) will be added advantage.
• Good Know-How on Requirements Engineering, Static Testing / Dynamic Testing, System testing, 
• Braking Systems and Configuration Management System
• Experience in test script development and automation.
• Knowledge / experience with Quality process & Safety-standards
• Good analytical and Communication skills
• Taking Initiatives and ability to work as a team
