Job Description:

Feature test engineer is responsible of understanding features, coming up with testplans, test topologies and testcase automation
Test engineer needs to collaborate with development and other cross functions to understand the feature, support bug fixes.
Should be able to understand functional and design specs and unit test plans
Should have very good understanding of test methodologies and third party test equipments like N2X/IXIA/Spirent
Should have proficiency in programming language like shelll scripts and Perl
In depth understanding of QoS, Firewall, Systems, Routing, Switching
Should be a team player and willing to take ownership, should be accountable for the assignments
