- Very Good Communication Skills.
- Product Development mind set, can work on story /task independently without any/much support. He/she has to be smart to figure out requirements and come up test cases.
- He should take a call what to automate and what to keep manual. (Automation is not mandatory at this moment).
- Very good understanding of manual testing, browser compatibility and testing.
- Should identify and spend time of old/new tools to fine tune testing process/time on the product (e.g. PDiff)
- Understanding of Agile SCRUM7.Good understanding of User Experience.
