- Should have strong manual testing concepts and should demonstrate good test case design, test case executions and defect filing and defect reporting skills
- Should be strong in Database Testing
- Should have experience in any of Equities, Trading, Muni Bonds, Portfolio Management, Capital Markets.
- Should be strong in client-server, smart client.
- Basic awareness of any scripting
- Strong technical communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
