- Should have 1.5 to 4 yrs of experience
- Experience in working with both windows and web environments.
- Manual as well automated testing of web based as well as desktop applications.
- Well versed with software testing practices/methods/tehcniques.
- Creation and implementation of detailed test plans for functional, unit, performance and scalability testing.
- Preparing as well as executing detailed test cases.
- Detecting and minimizing bugs, errors, technical and functional flaws in the applications as well as outlining steps for minimizing the same.
- Defect management
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Following defined standard practices and methodologies for testing and fault tracking
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good documentation skills
- Knowledge of any functional automation tools like Selenium, VSTS, QTP, Silk Test, Test Complete.
- Knowledge and working in Agile environment will be an advantage
- Knowledge and working in US Healthcare, EMR/EHR will be an advantage
- Knowledge of UML diagrams, wire framing will be a plus
- Any language basic scripting/programming knowledge
- Software Testing Course/Certification
