• Good understanding of web applications & prior experience in manual testing of web applications
• A thorough understanding of the software development and test life cycles
• Good understanding of quality processes
• Professional experience using relational databases and writing SQL queries
• Experience of automation framework and automation tool like Selenium / Sahi is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to learn and work with new technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
