• WEBEX Conferencing and Office Communicator IP Phone and Instant Messaging
• Interactive Voice Response (IVR) , Virtual Agent desktop
• Previous Call Center Experience including Call Center Applications Support
• Test Case Design
• Test Case Execution
• Healthcare a plus
