Job Description:

• Strong understanding of testing concepts with more than 3 years of relevant testing experience in Data Warehousing projects.
• Experience in working with highly complex solutions in Data Warehousing projects..
• Strong ETL testing experience using ETL tools (e.g. DataStage, InfoSphere) .
• Minimum of 2 years of experience of testing Hadoop solutions implemented using Oracles Big Data Appliance and / or Clouderas Hadoop Distribution and Hadoop stack (e.g. MapReduce, Pig, Hive etc.)
• Strong understanding and experience of one of the querying language in the Hadoop technology Hive or Pig Latin.
• Good understanding of SQL or DB2 querying language and PLSQL. Ability to write complex SQL or DB2 queries.
• Good understanding and experience of testing of ETL and Reporting implementation in various technologies i.e. DataStage, BOXI, MicroStrategy etc.
• Strong understanding of schedulers and experience of testing with atleast one scheduling tool.
