Job Description:

• Creating the Business Requirements Document
• End-User Support
• SDLC and Testing Methodologies (Types of Testing, Test Plan, Creating Testcases, Executing Testcases)
• Regression & Negative Testing
• UI & Compatibility Testing
• Data Interface & Migration Testing
• Performance/Load/Stress Testing
• Test Strategies & Coverage
• Bug Tracking Tools - Complete bug life cycle management
• Good documentation skills
• Knowledge of Automation Tool will be added advantage
• Should be able to create multiple what if scenarios. S/He should be able to put him/herself in customers shoes and apply all the scenarios in the workflow of the application.
• Must have is the ability to adapt and learn quickly.
• Should have good analytical skill and thinking power.
