Job Description:

• 7+ years experience in the testing of P&C insurance domain applications, worked in teams remotely managed across time zones.
• Minimum of 2 years of Test Lead experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in interface testing, experience testing database, external services and batch processing applications.
• Test case execution using SOAP UI
• Validate the SOAPUI results against DB values
• Able to prove progress, status reports and metrics
• Experience of Requirements analysis, Test Case generation and taking part in peer reviews
• Able to differentiate between most common SDLC models
• Good working knowledge of testing lifecycle.
• Prior experience and knowledge of HP ALM (Quality Centre)
• Initiate Value add like Automation
• Initiate to implement Best Practice
• Status updates / Test Report Design / Report Reconciliation
