- Testing all facets of a product, and insuring defects are caught early in the process.
- Creating and maintaining test artifacts - test plan, test cases etc.
- Performing requirements analysis and estimation.
- Doing environment validation.
- Defect and trend tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- Use of QA methodology, processes, manual and automated testing tools.
- Post processing test logs and results for generating comprehensive test report.
